What We Do
Tenant Management

Act as the point of contact for tenants and property internal management team.

Manage communications and address tenant inquiries and complaints.
Promote & Acquisition

Provide market analysis and research upon request.

Advertise the property to potential tenants/buyers.

Schedule and attend house viewing appointments.

Screen and select quality tenants.
Rental Collection & Reports

Assist in collecting rentals and ensure timely payments.

Provide regular updates and accouting records and annual report.

Invoice, billing and/or taxes statement if needed.
Utility & Maintenance

Conduct move-in, move-out and regular inspections, repairs, cleanings and upkeep.

Handle bank payments, setup, utilities and sewerage payments such as progressive interest, stamp duty, maintenance fee, water bill, indah water, assessment tax, quit rent, electricity, wifi and etc.
Lease & Sale

New purchase on second hand or new property, we will follow up the status until you collect your keys.

Negotiate and prepare lease, and/or sale & purchase agreements, renewals and termination in compliance with Malaysia laws.
Renovation Planning & Oversight

Offer advice and arrange renovation for bare units or which could increase the rental potential.

Oversee full-scale renovations or cosmetic upgrades, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
